On foot & public transport

On foot you can get to us from a footpath off Brighton Road or the path off Church Road. There are bus stops on Brighton Road and nearby Massetts Road.

We are a 15-20 minute walk from Horley Railway Station. If you come out of the main entrance to the station, turn left and go down the hill to the traffic lights. Then turn left again along Russells Crescent and at the end of Russells Crescent, turn left into Massetts Road. At the end of Massetts Road, find a safe place to cross the road and bear left until you get to the Lychgate and graveyard. You will see the church ahead of you and the parish office on the graveyard side of the church. The main door is on the other side of the church by the Six Bells pub.

By Car

St Bart’s is situated 1 mile north of Gatwick Airport at the end of Church Road, Horley, off the A23. We are within 500m of three of the Airport Hotels, and next to the very popular "Ye Olde Six Bells" public house, (St Bart's actually has eight bells).  

Directions:

FROM M23 Leave Motorway at Junction 9 (Gatwick Airport). Follow signs to REDHILL A23 at all junctions, when on A23 turn first left after 30mph sign into Church Road.

FROM REIGATE Follow A217 towards Gatwick, turn left on to the A23 at roundabout just past Gatwick Post House hotel. Then turn first left into Church Road.

FROM REDHILL Follow the A23 south towards Gatwick. Turn first right into Church Road after the traffic lights at the 'Air Balloon' public house.

PARKING

Parking is very limited in Church Road, so, with the kind permission of the landlord of 'Ye Olde Six Bells', visitors may park in the rear-most car park to the right of the Six Bells.
